This process is a printing method that uses 4 special colors: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black, otherwise known as CMYK. With these inks and on-press techniques, a rainbow of colors and shades can be produced. The process starts with a design or logo which is scanned into a computer and converted from a "Bitmap" or "Jpeg" format to a "Vector" format. If the only art you can provide is a bitmap or jpeg file, it may be submitted to our artwork department to either be digitally redrawn or recreated. This process may incur additional charges.

We currently have a pneumatic press with 6 stations (capable of 6 spot colors) and 8 pallets. We also have a four head manual press. In our numbering department, we have machines for screen printing team jerseys. It consists of an in-line press and turret press. Our 30ft. conveyer dryer consists of 4 heater panels, to ensure that the ink is fully cured.
